Choose the response in the dashboard
Read widgets as replenishment, price-review, and verification evidence and select the first candidate.
Question for this chapter
Should the current data trigger replenishment or price review first?
Why this matters now
Reading 13 widgets from top to bottom does not determine a response. Set the decision rule first, then group each widget under replenishment, price review, or additional verification.
Decision rule
- Replenishment: if any row has
stockout_risk_flag_synth = 1, inspect that branch and product first. - Price review: order products priced above their competitor by descending price gap.
- Additional verification: even for a large gap, inspect inventory, cost, promotion, and observation time before changing a price.
This is a synthetic-data learning rule, not a real inventory or pricing policy.
Try it
Open the visible inventory_overview under Dashboards. Read Stockout Risk in the top KPI row first.

Next inspect stock and shipments by branch, daily trends, the hourly heatmap, inventory ratio, and the detail table. These five views provide branch-specific verification context.

Finally inspect Items Priced Above Competitor, Average Price Gap by Branch, and Price Adjustment Candidates. The candidate table sorts by descending price gap.

Success looks like this
Running the current source seed produces:
| Decision group | Observation | First interpretation |
|---|---|---|
| Replenishment | 0 stockout-risk rows | The flag does not support immediate replenishment. |
| Price review | 36,805 rows priced above competitor | Narrow the large candidate set by descending gap. |
| Additional verification | 41.0% average turnover, 34.0% average discount | Inspect cost, promotion, and observation time for one candidate. |
The current largest-gap candidate is:
| Branch | Product | Selling price | Competitor price | Gap | Inventory | Stockout risk |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Suwon AK Town Central | Abib_Heartleaf_Spot_Pad_Calming_Touch | KRW 20,210 | KRW 13,320 | KRW 6,890 | 81 | 0 |
Interpret the result
Place this product at Suwon AK Town Central at the top of the price-review list. A KRW 6,890 gap does not immediately mean “lower the price.” Verify observation time, matching product specification, promotion, cost, and margin before changing it.
Next decision
The candidate and follow-up conditions are set. Next, check product alignment, enrichment shape, relationship grain, and the first action in four questions.
